FREQUENTY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you see patients in New York or in Israel?
Both. My office is located in Ra'anana, Israel. However, I continue to see patients located in NY through telehealth services. I also offer in person visits at my NY office when I am physically located there.

Are you licensed in both places?
Yes. I am dual board certified in both child/adolescent and adult psychiatry in New York State, and have an active up to date New York medical license and DEA. In Israel, I am recognized by the Israeli Medical Association as a "מומחית" in child and adolescent psychiatry, and am in the process of receiving recognition for adult psychiatry as well.

Do you speak both Hebrew and English?
Yes I speak both languages fluently.

Do you accept insurances?
No. I am not in network with any insurance panels in the US or Israel. Please reach out to me directly for questions regarding fees.

I already have a therapist. How would you fit in with my treatment?
I pride myself on collaborative care and strive to maintain open communication with your therapist (with your permission). I will gladly discuss how your medication fits in with your ongoing therapy.

May I contact you prior to scheduling an appointment? I'm unsure if this is right for me.
Absolutely. You can call me for a brief phone consultation so that I can understand your presenting issues, discuss any questions or concerns that you may have, while also ensuring that I am the appropriate doctor for your care.
